Business Development Manager
NYC (Grand Central) / Hybrid – WFH 4 days per week
70-80k Base, 125-150k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our start-up client is a well-funded, well-positioned customer management consultancy that delivers end-to-end across the customer journey. As a trusted partner to organizations that value customer centricity, they deliver research, deep market insights and analysis, business development solutions, design, innovation and so much more. To facilitate growth, they currently have an exciting opening in New York for a Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Create and implement sales strategies to generate new business
- Focus on digital and customer engagement portal sales
- Create long term partnerships with organizations of every size
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive relevancy
- Manage the full sales cycle from research and mapping through to close and ongoing account management
- Build and manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives as your portfolio grows
- Travel to events
- Degree level education
- 3+ years sales experience (B2B, full sales cycle)
- Demand generation, content syndication, research, event, or exhibition sales experience (preferred)
- Proven record of sales success
- Leadership, mentoring and team management skills (hiring, onboarding etc.)
- Oracle Sales Cloud of Seamless.Ai experience
- Results driven
- Organized with attention to detail
- Free to travel
- An initial base salary circa 70-80k
- An uncapped OTE of 125-150k
