Our client, a leading provider of cloud-based accounting solutions, deliver scalable services to accountancy firms throughout Europe and beyond. Through product innovation, this revolutionary platform has changed the way accounts manage business. Covering compliance, data integration, planning, modelling, advisory and more, their platforms truly offers an end-to-end solution. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join their Central London based team.
As an experienced, client-facing, Business Development Manager, you will:
- Work in a new business capacity, researching, mapping and targeting the top 500 accountancy firms in the UK
- Retain all won accounts
- Liaise and meet with prospects and customers across a large territory
- Typically target Partner level within firms
- Manage varied sales cycles and fluctuating order values of 30-140k
- Work with an internal sales team to generate qualified leads
- Be educated to degree level (Russell Group preferred)
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years client-facing, corporate sales experience gained selling technology or financial services
- Fully understand the Partner model within professional services
- Be results-driven with ability to sell and project a positive and professional attitude
- Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients through all available mediums
- Have a proven ability to negotiate contractual terms to close sales
- Be a self-starter, commercially minded, have a proven record of sales success and demonstrate gravitas
