Our award-winning client is a specialist integrator of audio visual and advanced technology solutions. With a history of revenue growth and access to the latest state-of-the-art hardware, our client is well positioned to deliver its innovative audio visual solutions to more and more businesses throughout the South East. Due to continued growth within the corporate and high-end consumer sector, our client now seeks an experienced New Business Sales Executive to cover a South East based territory.

As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within corporate accounts
  • Manage and grow a given territory through a mix of new business generation and account referrals
  • Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
  • Spend approximately 95% of your time in a client facing capacity

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess 3+ years’ experience in a client facing, corporate new business sales role
  • Have technology, MSP or similar sales experience
  • Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
  • Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
  • Be a new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings
  • Have a proven track record of new business results and a true hunger for success

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 37-45k with an uncapped OTE of 55-60k plus a generous benefits package, 5k car allowance and genuine opportunities for career advancement.
