Our client is an innovative, respected and leading provider of data solutions. Through assisting customers with their unique data quality challenges, our client provides comprehensive solutions and services for data quality projects combining a market leading software with a vast scope of reference data assets and services all designed to deliver operational efficiency and improve customer engagement. Due to ongoing growth within their sector, they now have an exciting and rare opening for a Senior Business Development Manager to target new and existing accounts from their SW London office.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Create and follow a business plan focussed on growing revenue across multiple accounts
  • Generate and close incremental revenue
  • Drive new business development
  • Deliver agreed financial targets, focussing on expansion within existing accounts as well as acquiring new revenue channels
  • Deliver proactive management and education to key accounts
  • Complete complex contract negotiations and license agreements
  • Lead marketing campaigns, enablement training, pipeline calls and business plan reviews for key accounts

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 8-10+ years sales experience
  • Proven sales professionals with solid knowledge of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Enrichment and/or Data Evolution (3.0)
  • Those with experience in delivering complex sales
  • Degree educated individuals with recognised sales training experience
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results inline with strategic objectives
  • Those with a high level of commercial awareness i.e. identifying opportunities, structuring deals, negotiating and closing sales

The successful candidate will be offered a 60-80k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 120-160k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
