Our innovative start-up client delivers an enterprise level SaaS-based platform focussed on employee engagement. Through empowering innovation and change, this enterprise-level social network platform manages ideas, creates awareness, and better connects agile companies. To further build upon their early success, they now have an exciting opening for a London based Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Work in a new business capacity target large corporate/enterprise level accounts
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to close
  • Define and execute an enterprise level go-to-market strategy
  • Close high-value orders with lengthy and often complex sales cycles
  • Liaise mainly at C-Level

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum of 4+ years enterprise level sales experience, gained selling software, SaaS or technology in a new business environment
  • Be autonomous, consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
  • Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company with a truly amazing future
  • Have a solid understanding of enterprise-level organisations
  • Demonstrate character, business acumen, ambition and true drive

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 45-60k with an uncapped OTE of 80-120k plus additional and generous benefits.
