As a specialist Recruitment Consultancy focused on the luxury retail and fashion sector, our client has grown an impressive account base, which includes many of the industry’s leading organisations. With their focus on both temp and perm sectors, they work with clients of every size, to secure talent on an international scale. They now have an exciting opening for an experienced sales professional to sell recruitment solutions throughout the UK and beyond. 

As a London based Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Focus on both SME and corporate accounts, where you will be responsible for opening assignments, through working with client companies to establish and understand their recruitment needs
  • Work closely with a London based Delivery Team to ensure the successful completion of all assignments
  • Manage client expectations, negotiate terms of engagement and ensure account success
  • Convert leads to prospects and prospects to opportunities using appropriate techniques and additional resources
  • Work in a client facing capacity attending numerous client meetings on a weekly basis
  • Develop and deliver sales, business and growth strategies alongside the Directors
  • Research and develop an international business plan

  • Those candidates with many years (3-5+) experience selling recruitment solutions or B2B services in a client facing capacity
  • Degree educated individuals with proven sales experience and a successful track record as a top biller/performer
  • Those with a proven ability to develop a clear understanding of a clients’ strategic need
  • Sharp individuals with a passion for fashion and luxury retail
  • Those with maturity, gravitas, business acumen and experience of managing varied sales cycles
  • Those with leadership abilities/potential

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 45-60k with an uncapped OTE of 70-85k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
