Business Development Manager – FinTech Solutions
60-80k Base, 120-160k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a FinTech start-up, works closely with recruitment companies to finance and streamline their business. Through taking on a market that was traditionally monopolised by banks, they have shown phenomenal growth and are set for a record future. They now have an exciting opening in Central London for an experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the development of new accounts through the marketing of our clients' all-encompassing solutions to the recruitment market
- Target recruitment accounts in numerous vertical sectors
- Identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams of varying value
- Build a sales pipeline through utilising warm leads, networking and through your own independent research
- Deliver a mix of internal and client-facing sales
- Possess 5-8+ years proven sales experience gained within recruitment, selling FinTech solutions
- Be a highly motivated sales professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level and more than likely degree educated
- Have a proven record of sales success and be excited about working in an innovative and fast-paced company
