40k Base, 55-60k OTE + Executive Benefits

As a leading and highly innovative company, our client works with best of breed data, media, advertising and technology solutions to deliver integrated sales solutions for one the worlds leading automotive brand. Due to expansion within their Fleet Sales team, they now have an exciting an immediate opening.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Work in partnership with the manufacturers own Fleet Sales team
  • Embody the manufacturers spirit and culture
  • Identify and build strong relationships with fleet customers, dealer networks and leasing companies
  • Target corporate fleets in excess of 100+ vehicles
  • Achieve an annualised target of 750+ units

The ideal sales candidate will:

  • Be educated to degree level, be intelligent and inquisitive
  • Possess B2B / Corporate sales experience, ideally gained within the automotive sector
  • Possess business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales
  • Have first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels
  • Be energetic, self motivated, highly organised and a dependable team player

The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary circa 40k with a first year achievable OTE of 55-60k plus amazing benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.
