Business Development Manager – FMCG Sales

27-32k base, 50k OTE + Great Benefits
This award-winning company has a growing product base, sold through many of the UK’s leading retailers, pharmacies and distributors. Their 100% natural products are well received and have huge potential moving forward. Due to planned UK and international growth, they now require an experienced Sales Executive to take their sales to the next level.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Work in both a new business and account management capacity
- Develop new markets for the full product range
- Manage a growing portfolio of existing accounts including national retailers
- Seek out opportunities with distribution partners and large consumer groups
- Pitch products to maximise revenue potential
- Prepare and deliver account reviews
- Move into a sales leadership/management position as your experience and the company grows
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2+ year’s previous sales experience (B2B)
- Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills along with the ability to form lasting relationships at all levels
- Work in a diligent and autonomous manner
- Possess commercial acumen and accountability
- Be a natural rapport builder with a consultative approach
- Be degree educated (business degree preferred)
The successful candidate can expect a generous 27-32k base salary with a 50k OTE and a great benefits package.
