As a leading online reputation management firm, our client works with companies, public figures, and high-net-worth individuals (HNW) to protect and improve their digital presence. This rapidly growing company has offices around the globe and an enviable account base. To meet expectations, they have an immediate hybrid opening in Germany for a HNW experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities
- target HNW individuals, sports stars and celebrities
- Deliver outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Drive new business revenue
- Perform extensive research on prospects
- Prepare and present new business proposals and reputation management reports
- Lead new business pitches
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 2+ years of experience gained selling into the HNW market
- Those with solid experience in identifying sales opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- New business-focused sales performers with a track record of success
- Those with the ability to manage the full 360 sales cycle
- Candidates with a keen interest in current affairs and public affairs
- Those with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a desire to be part of a fast-growing scale-up company
- Fluent German and English speakers
- A base salary of 45-65k
- First-year achievable OTE of 85-100k
