Business Development Manager – HR Software
40-50k Base, 80-100k OTE + Executive Benefits

Through empowering innovation and change, their platform delivers advanced workforce analytics and better connects agile companies. To further build upon their success and meet Series b funding, they now have an exciting opening for a London based Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Work in a new business capacity targeting mid-market / enterprise level accounts
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to close
Receive a constant flow of warm and marketing-generated leads to supplement your activity
Close high-value subscription orders with lengthy (3 months) and often complex sales cycles
Liaise mainly at C-Level
Win and maintain accounts
The ideal degree educated candidate will:
Possess a minimum of 2-5 years sales experience, gained selling software, SaaS or technology in a new business capacity
Have sold through the HR Channel (advantageous)
Have solid experience of RFP management
Be autonomous, consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills

The successful sales candidate can expect a base salary of 40-50k with a truly uncapped OTE of 80-100k plus additional and generous benefits, share options and an excellent working environment.
