Our client, an innovative start-up delivers an enterprise software solution focussed on employee engagement. Through empowering innovation and change, this enterprise social network add-on gives a voice to employees, working around the world. Due to continued demand for their solution, they now have an exciting opening for a London based Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Receive a constant flow of prequalified appointments to complement your own sales activity
  • Focus on a variety of vertical markets (utilities, hospitality, retail etc.)
  • Liaise and sell at C-Level
  • Close order values of 50k+ with lengthy and often complex sales cycles

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-4+ years enterprise level sales experience, gained selling software, SaaS or technology in a new business, start-up environment
  • Be autonomous, consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
  • Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company with a truly amazing future.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 35-45k with an uncapped OTE of 70-90k plus additional and generous benefits.
