Our client, based in the Eastern Suburbs, is a global Audio-Visual Company. With their strong network and ever-growing portfolio of products and services, they are well placed to service the SME, corporate and enterprise sectors. Due to local market growth, they are seeking to expand their dynamic sales environment by hiring an additional Business Development Manager.

As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Spend approximately 10% of your time in the office, with the remainder in a client facing capacity
  • Focus 70% on new business activity and 30% account managing an ever-growing portfolio of accounts
  • Cover a variety of markets in both public and private sectors
  • Deliver channel management through a number of partners
  • Cover a lucrative territory

You will have:

  • 3-5 years sales experience gained in a client facing B2B capacity
  • Prior experience within the audio-visual market
  • Channel management experience
  • A proven record of sales success
  • A technical understanding
  • A team player mentality

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 85-95k, with a first-year achievable OTE of 110-120k plus generous benefits, which includes a 15k car allowance.
