As a leading global provider of Managed Services and Hosted Systems, our client is well placed for further and rapid growth. With strong Vendor relationships, a committed and technically aware salesforce, they consult, design, deploy and manage complex IT solutions for some of the world’s largest brands. Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced and new business focused senior sales professional.

As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within corporate accounts
  • Manage and grow international through a mix of new business generation and account referrals
  • Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
  • Manage all account wins along with a strong portfolio of existing accounts

The ideal Business Development Manager will:

  • Possess 5+ years experience in a client facing, corporate sales role where the emphasis was on IT Services
  • Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
  • Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
  • Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped, 6 figure earnings
  • Demonstrate longevity, stability and a consultative approach

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 55-65k with an uncapped OTE 90-100k plus an additional and generous benefits package, which includes a car allowance, private health, life and pension.
