Certus Graduate is one of the fastest growing divisions within the Certus Recruitment Group, providing bespoke graduate sales recruitment solutions to clients ranging from innovative digital start-ups thorough to multi-national corporations.

Having recently been named in the ‘Recruitment Top 50’, the Certus Recruitment Group is currently experiencing considerable growth both in the UK and internationally. Our Australian office opens in July 2018 and we have plans to expand into North America in 2019.

As a result of this growth, we are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager within our Graduate team. The BDM will be responsible for the development of the Graduate business through the acquisition of new clients, selling our full range of retained bespoke assessment and contingency solutions to clients across the UK.

This is a strategic position within the business, with the Business Development Manager having considerable scope to shape the business as it evolves. This is purely a business development role with no responsibility for delivery with accounts being passed to Client Managers upon instruction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sale of bespoke retained and contingent graduate recruitment services
  • Responding to incoming enquiries through marketing and ‘hot’ leads coming through the Graduate team
  • Arranging and attending meetings with target accounts on a regular basis
  • Networking and building relationships across the Digital and Technology sectors
  • Attending exhibitions and events within target sectors
  • Account development and managing key stakeholders in high volume graduate accounts
  • Identification of new graduate opportunities within existing clients from our other divisions
  • Analysis and reporting as required

Attributes:

  • Proven sales experience within a professional services or similar role
  • Confident in leading meetings and giving presentations

  • Degree level education with strong business acumen

Rewards:

  • Competitive Salary of £32-36,000
  • Uncapped commission with OTE of £62-68,000
