Our client's web and app-based digital platform manages the clinical governance required to prescribe medical cannabis through the private clinician market. After extensive design, build, and licensing phases, this product is being well received by the medical industry. To meet their expectations for growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to help build out a UK-based sales function.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Prepare and deliver online and in-person platform demonstrations to clinics and hospitals
- Continuously develop and execute a marketing and engagement plan
- Develop and implement key marketing initiatives
- Support marketing activities
- Orgainse and manage events to drive growth and awareness
- Manage and maintain a growing CRM
- Identify and engage with patient advocacy groups
- Move into a sales leadership position as the sales function grows
- A recent degree
- 3+ years sales experience (closing)
- MedTech, Medical, or related sales experience
- Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
- High levels of motivation
- First-class communication and presentation skills
