As a leading provider of IT Services to the legal sector, our client is well placed for further and rapid growth. With strong Vendor relationships, a committed and technically aware salesforce, they consult, design, deploy and manage Cloud, Infrastructure and Managed Services along with Hosted Solutions, Virtualisation and so much more. Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced and new business focused senior sales professional with MSP experience.

As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets
  • Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
  • Work closely with an account management team to onboard and handover account wins
  • Supplement provided leads with prospecting activities
  • Cover a large and lucrative Midlands and Northern Territory

The ideal Business Development Manager will:

  • Possess 3-5+ years experience in a client facing, corporate sales role where the emphasis was on MSP and IT Services
  • Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
  • Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
  • Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped, 6 figure earnings
  • Demonstrate longevity, stability and a consultative approach

The successful sales candidate can expect:

  • A base salary circa 70-80k
  • An uncapped OTE 140-160k
  • An additional and generous benefits package
