Our Client is an innovative leader in the financial services training industry. Through providing cutting edge solutions for financial and professional skills training they have grown to become the company of choice, collecting many awards and accreditations along the way. With offices in the UK and the US they have a growing portfolio of solutions that include training courses, training software, seminars and consultancy, delivering Regulatory and exam training (including CFA and CQF), Credit, Risk and Corporate Finance training and so much more. Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate need for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based from their London office.

As a Business Development Manager based in London, you will:

  • Focus on both new and existing revenue streams, developing opportunities covering our clients’ CQF solutions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and produce significant growth in CQF program revenue and enrolments in the UK and beyond
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline of corporate prospects
  • Respond to all incoming leads and inquiries and advise applicants and current students regarding the CQF programs
  • Undertake targeted outbound sales campaigns (identify, map and win)
  • Build strong, value-added relationships with alumni and attend industry events and conferences as required.

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates with a minimum of 5+ years previous new business, consultative sales experience gained in the corporate sector (Channel experience also beneficial)
  • Those with a scientific background, quantitative finance or financial engineering degree
  • Dynamic, ambitious, self-motivated and excellent communicators with a proven record of sales achievement
  • Those with first class presentation and closing skills
  • Candidates who demonstrate high levels of drive with the determination to make a mark in an industry leading training provider
  • Those with excellent proposal writing, storyboarding and pitching and pipeline management experience

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 70-90k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 120-150k plus great benefits.
