Business Development Manager – Retail Tech

40k Base, 60k Uncapped OTE + Excellent Benefits

As a well established and fast-growing provider of body worn camera systems, our client helps capture evidence from a first-person perspective in over 40 countries around the world. With the majority of UK police forces and many leading retailers locked up, they are well placed for further growth. To expand their untapped retail market, they have an immediate opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to target new and existing national retail chains.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Target large/leading retailers
Identify and build relationships at C-Level
Follow up on provided leads and referrals
Self-generate opportunities through networking and in-depth research
Strategically sell the concept and solution both virtually and in-person

The successful Business Development Manager will:

Be on the way up in your career
Possess 3-4 years sales experience gained in technology or retail solutions
Be a true hunter
Demonstrate confidence, the ability to learn and business acumen
Understand / utilise marketing campaigns
Show hunger, ambition and drive
Possess the ability to cultivate strong relationships

This exciting role comes with:

A base salary circa 40k
An uncapped 60k OTE
5.5k Car Allowance
