Our SAP Gold Partner client is a leading HR Consulting Firm specialising in Human Experience Management. Recognised as experts in HR cloud solutions, this exciting company is poised for further global growth. To meet their expectations for growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to complement their high performing UK sales function.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Focus on the mid to enterprise markets
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within enterprise level accounts
- Manage and grow a territory through proactively prospecting new business opportunities
- Identify, grow, and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline
- Collaborate with colleagues (implementation, support, account management, product development etc.)
- Develop deep relationships internally and externally
- Receive SDR support
- A recent degree
- 3+ years sales experience (2 years closing)
- SaaS or SAP exposure
- Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
- High levels of motivation
- First-class communication and presentation skills
