Our client is a leading solution provider delivering a comprehensive range of Health, Safety and Workplace Risk Management services to major organisations. With an enviable client base that covers both the Public and Private sectors, our client has developed a comprehensive portfolio of professional, support and software services to meet with the largest of projects. With their multi-discipline capabilities in workplace risk covering health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, the built environment, emergency planning, disaster recovery and business continuity, they are well placed for further growth. They now have an exciting and rare opening for a Sales Professional to develop and close incremental revenue through external partners and alliances.

As an Alliance focused Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy
  • Develop a partner proposition with a focus on recruiting new partners and managing existing channel network to maximise coverage and results
  • Specifically target Re-sellers, Distributors and Consulting/Advisory Firms
  • Deliver proactive management and education to qualified partners, to exceed business sales targets
  • Personally create, manage and develop new and existing partnerships
  • Prepare and present complex contract negotiations and license agreements
  • Oversee activity - marketing campaigns, enablement training, pipeline calls and business plan reviews etc.
  • Travel throughout the UK as required

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years execution orientated sales experience, specifically gained within a client facing, customer-centric, capacity
  • Those with experience in delivering complex channel sales (Alliance, Partner, Re-Seller)
  • Thought leaders with SaaS, software or data/analytical sales experience
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and significant experience in recruiting, managing, onboarding external channel partners
  • Degree educated (MBA Preferred) candidates with outstanding leadership, relationship building, negotiation, business planning, pipeline management and people management skills

The successful candidate will be offered a 70k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 140k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
