Our client, a funky tech company, provides open source technology that is used by millions of websites worldwide. With offices around the globe, a high-performance team and a start-up feel for innovation and technology advancements, they are well placed for rapid growth. This exciting company, which works with over 100 of the worlds leading brands is now ready to scale their sales function with the addition of an experienced Swedish speaking Business Development Manager.

As a London based, Swedish speaking sales professional, you will:

  • Spend over 50% of your time managing (30-35) existing Swedish speaking accounts
  • Spend the remainder of your time developing new accounts within the Scandinavian market
  • Gather leads, identify prospects, map out accounts and book/deliver quality appointments/demos
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships in both prospect and active accounts
  • Focus predominately on enterprise level accounts

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be degree educated, possess 1-2+ years sales experience and speak fluent Swedish
  • Be articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have flair, enthusiasm and a commitment to grow and develop an international sales function
  • Possess common sense, enthusiasm and a pro-active, go-getter attitude
  • Show demonstrable success in securing enterprise level relationships

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40k with an uncapped OTE of 65k plus additional benefits and opportunities for genuine career progression.
