Our technology client is a specialist provider of everything Telco. From voice, mobile and data solutions through to IT (cloud, 365, hosted, server and support etc.) solutions. Over the past 10+ years, they have grown to become the supplier of choice for many organisations and enjoy strong relationships with all the top tech companies. Due to ambitious growth plans, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to cover the South East

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Attend pre-booked meeting to identify, qualify and close telco/technology sales revenue
  • Manage a database of existing and hot prospects (alongside an internal sales function)
  • Promote and sell across a full product portfolio
  • Cover a large and lucrative London and South East territory
  • Attend a Maidstone based office on a weekly basis

Applications are invited from:

  • Degree educated candidates with 2+ years sales experience gained in a telco/tech sales environment
  • Those with an understanding of telco solutions (minutes, data, hardware etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial candidates with first-rate communication and presentation skills and the ability to sell at every level of the business community
  • Candidates with a proven record of new business sales performance and a solid drive to achieve
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to think quickly, network effectively and close deals of varying value

The successful sales candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 25-35k plus additional benefits (car allowance, laptop, phone etc.). First year realistic earnings are circa 55k.
