Business Development Manager – Unified Communications
West of London / Remote
40-50k Base, 110-120k Uncapped OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is one of the longest-standing and most respected communications solution providers in the UK. This award-winning provider of Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions, delivers voice, data, mobile, video, network security and contact centre solutions for businesses with 50 – 5,000 staff. To meet their growth initiatives, this forward-thinking company has an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager. This remote role requires weekly attendance in Bath.
Role:
- Responsible for the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to closing the deal
- Targeting a range of companies from sector-specific campaigns
- Solution led, making use of a consultative approach in understanding customer needs to offer a tailored service
- Finding the best fit for the client through demonstrating excellent knowledge across various products
- Pipeline management for reporting purposes and productivity analysis
- Business Development – sourcing net new business through identifying new logos
- Must have 5 + years experience in the telecoms industry
- New business focussed
- Able to commute to a bath office at least once a week
- Persistent and able to follow-up consistently using various mediums
- Personable, professional and empathetic as well as comfortable speaking with people at all levels
- Target and money driven mentality
