Business Development Manager – Unified Communications
45-60k Base, 90-120k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client, an award-winning and specialist one-stop business to business technology services company, helps organisations of every size to future proof their communication and data services. Through utilising advanced converged information and communication networks from leading partners, they are well-positioned to meet the needs of today’s technical aware business buyer. Due to continued growth across the region, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Focus on the generation of new revenue streams from within both new and existing accounts (win and manage)
Identify new business opportunities through the self-generation of leads, referrals and prospects
Cover the entire sales process from lead generation through to close, account management and cross-sell
Have open access to an entire portfolio of voice and data solutions
Deliver cost-effective hardware and contractual solutions of varying value
The ideal candidate will:
Be of graduate calibre
Possess a minimum of 5+ years B2B communication, data or technology sales experience (Cloud, UC, CC, Telephony, Connectivity and Managed Services etc.)
Be highly motivated, driven by success/money and an entrepreneurial approach
Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
Be articulate, mature in approach, smart, professional and a good team player
The successful candidate can expect:
An initial salary base of 45-60k dependent upon previous experience
An uncapped and very achievable OTE of 90-120k in the first year
