Channel Account Manager – SaaS

50-65k Base, 90-120k OTE + Great Benefits
Our European client is an innovative provider of Cloud based Contact Center solutions. With solutions covering both inbound and outbound for all phone, SMS, chat and social communications, they are well positioned to build upon the success they are experiencing around the world. To remain at the top of their game, they now have an exciting opening for a Channel Account Manager to be based remotely in Europe.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will:
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
- Creating and executing strategic channel sales plans
- Create and execute individual reseller business plans
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Support partner relationships and manage the development and implementation of sales and technical enablement
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, and campaigns
- Hold regular opportunity & pipeline review meetings
- Deliver partner training
- 3-5+ years channel sales experience
- IT, Telco, or SaaS experience
- Self-motivated and results-orientated
- Proven new business and influencing skills
- Ability to manage regional, national, and international channel partners
- Confident negotiation with solid business acumen
- Gravitas, credibility, a strategic mindset, and a desire to be part of an evolving company
- Fluent English speakers
- A base salary of 50-65k
- First-year achievable OTE of 90-120k
