Our highly innovative start-up client is disrupting the supply chain, transportation, and logistics sectors. Through advanced algorithms, they cross-reference data and pinpoint destinations with accuracy levels not seen before. Currently working with some of the UK’s leading home delivery companies, they are poised for phenomenal growth through the channel and have an immediate and exciting opening for an experienced Channel Sales Manager.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement a channel sales strategy from scratch
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners
- Drive revenue and market share expansion through channel partners
- Own the entire sales process from identification through to contract signing
- Build credible and effective relationships
- Work with partners to drive best practices and sales activity
- Track and measure channel KPI’s and ROI
- Drive go-to-market activities
- Continuously build and extend the channel network
- Own partner onboarding, opportunity support, tender responses and more
- 5+ years channel sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed deadlines and a track record of achieving targets
- Self-starter with energy, drive, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of channel
- Ability to deliver results
- Operational rigour and track record of cross-stakeholder management and execution
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Proven capability to effectively negotiate agreements
- A base salary of 50-60k
- First-year achievable OTE of 80-100k
