Through offering next-generation CDC data solutions which can be deployed in on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments, this scale-up company works with some of the worlds leading and largest brands. To increase awareness, they have an immediate and exciting opening for an experienced Channel Sales Manager.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive revenue and market share expansion through channel partners
- Identify, recruit and manage channel and reseller partners
- Manage the entire sales process from identification through to contract signing
- Build credible and effective relationships
- Work with partners to drive best practices and sales activity
- Track and measure channel KPI’s and ROI
- Drive go-to-market activities
- Continuously build and extend your network
- Own partner onboarding
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliance or partner management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed deadlines and a track record of achieving personal targets
- Self-starter with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of data platforms
- Proven software industry business development skills
- Ability to deliver results
- Multi-million $ revenue experience
- Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Proven capability to effectively negotiate agreements
- A base salary of 120-150k
- First-year achievable OTE of 240-300k
