Working with many of the world's largest pension funds, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds, their due diligence platform is well-placed for further growth. To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, they are looking for a Client Services Analyst to complement their high-performing sales function.
The successful Client Services Analyst can expect:

- Ensure clients are maximising their use and the account is delivering against agreed goals and KPIs
- Successfully onboard new clients and build capabilities to help clients
- Provide high-quality support
- Deliver ongoing training
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow accounts
- Communicate new features and product releases
- Finance degree
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship or Account Management
- Proven success in achieving goals and targets
- A strong interest in technology
- Advanced excel user
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and puts clients’ needs at the core of business
- Ability to interpret and then present client data
- Ability to learn
- Research skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills
