Our international client is a leading source of data and intelligence to the Alternative Asset Management/Investment Banking industry. Their leading service helps companies of all sizes address complex and often strategic issues through providing data and information on Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds and Private Debt. Due to their ongoing commitment to new and existing subscribers, they now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Client Success Manager.

As an experienced Client Success Manager, you will:

Deliver onboarding and account management duties from the moment a client signs a contract
Own delivery and project management tasks
Cover all onboarding and implementation duties
Develop and deliver appropriate customer engagement and retention strategies
Work closely with sales, marketing and support colleagues to deliver a first-class service and long-term customer success
Discover trends for success
Always follow best practice

Client Success Manager applications are invited from those with the following skills and attributes:

Client Success Managers who have a minimum of 2 years experience gained in a similar finance, SaaS or software role
First-class communication and presentation skills
Intelligent individuals with a polished approach and a stable career record
Customer-first attitude
Can-do and problem-solving mentality

The successful candidate can expect:
