Due to continued growth and their commitment to customers, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer, you will:

Report to the Commercial Director
Maintain a secure, compliant, and efficient framework
Maintain accreditations, legal, and regulatory requirements
Manage compliance with ISO27001, ISO9001, Cyber Essentials Plus, UK GDPR, PSN, HSCN/CNSP, and other standards
Work with customers to provide assurance and compliance on contractual requirements
Become the data protection officer
Create, maintain, and monitor operational and strategic risk registers
Work with an IS Team to cover the technology environment
Manage external Consultants working on internal audits and compliance activities

The successful Compliance Officer will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience

2+ years in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of standards management within a technology company
ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO9001, Cyber Essentials Plus, UK GDPR, PSN, HSCN/CNSP
Able to complete UK Government security vetting
Stakeholder management
Commercial awareness
HIPAA Compliance (advantageous)
