Our firmly established client maintains a growing library of intellectual property (IP). Through expanding from desktop software into Software as a Service, they are supporting an ever-increasing portfolio of users. To maximise growth, they now have an exciting opening for a software experienced Content Specialist.

As a Content Specialist, you will:

Develop copy and communications to support growth and the customer journey
Drive conversion, onboarding, active usage, and renewal
Develop multi-channel content
Improve UX through landing pages, navigation labeling, how-to’s, FAQs, and messaging
Craft product messaging
Develop email and social communications
Develop best practice templates
Collaborate with external PR agencies to develop promotional material
Write and edit corporate communications
Maintain tone of voice and brand personality
Engage with third-party suppliers (designers, specialists, videographers, etc.)

This hybrid Content Specialist role requires the following skills and attributes:

5+ years content generation experience
Knowledge of the EdTech sector (preferred), software or SaaS)
Degree education
Editorial mindset
Excellent communication skills (strong writing and proofreading skills)
Digital technology/platform exposure
Design and tech-savvy
Collaborative
Enthusiastic
Team player

The successful Content Specialist can expect:
