As a leading Medtech company, our innovative client develops e-health software for physicians, clinics, and insurance companies. Driving digital transformation, this fast-growing company has an ever-increasing portfolio of modules to increase efficiency, performance and totally support the physician/patient relationship. They currently have an exciting opening in Austria for an experienced Country/Sales Manager to lead growth.
As a Country/Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage development and growth within the Austrian market
- Develop and implement country-specific plans and strategies
- Lead a small but growing team
- Further develop a B2B customer base
- Identify and close business partnerships
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales activities
- Deliver key account management
- Multi-year country/sales management experience
- Knowledge of the MedTech/healthcare sector (preferred)
- SaaS start-up experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic leadership abilities
- Strong communications skills
- The ability to work remotely
