This high-growth company currently has exciting contract position in Romania and Poland for CRM Tech Analysts:

CRM Tech Analysts Responsibilities will include:

Resolving issues reported by end client super users
Creating high-level and detailed-level design artefacts
Delivering high-quality code deliverables for modules
Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
Installing, configuring, and monitoring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in production and non-production environments

CRM Tech Analyst Required skills and experience:

3-5 years experience in development, configuration/solutions evaluation, validation and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM Systems
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Involvement in at-lease one full-cycle implementation for Dynamics 365 CRM
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Familiar with modern cloud patterns and practices. Azure experience preferred
Experience in Dynamics CRM Implementation including development, support, system testing and end user training
Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
Planning and prioritisation skills
Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
Large Systems Integrator (SI) experience a plus
