Customer Service Advisor

$32-36ph + initially 3 days a week with potential to increase to 5 days (permanent position) for the right person

Our enterprise level client is a recognised name within the Utility sector. Due to growth throughout Australia, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help on a number of busy projects, supporting external clients.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Taking calls from external customers and responding to enquiries via email
  • Administration duties logging information into a ServiceNow system
  • Administering Systems - adding new users and customers into the system with correct and up to date information
  • Internal communication with Senior Managers, assisting where needed on various projects
  •  Identify process improvements and improve team utilisation

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous customer service experience within an office environment, dealing with customers over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Previous administration skills

The successful Customer Service Advisor can expect $32-36ph + initially 3 days a week with potential to increase to 5 days.
