They now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Graduate Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional service levels.

As a London based Customer Service Executive, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day customer support
  • Respond to technical/platform issues
  • Onboard new users
  • Deliver platform training
  • Ensure client retention runs at maximum efficiency
  • Manage relationships at every user level

The ideal Customer Service Executive will be:

  • Degree educated (2019)
  • Interested in SaaS and/or healthcare solutions
  • Confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a customer focused organisation
  • Non-aggressive with excellent communication skills and an “all-hands-on-deck” mentality
  • Career-focused
