Due to their ongoing commitment to excellence, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Customer Success Executive to be based in London.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Manage new and existing partnerships
- Deliver engaging presentations
- Prepare and report upon detailed data analysis
- Manage a large volume of inbound communications
- Work with product designers to improve tools and workflows
- Cover both private and public sector contacts
- Customer Success Executives who have a minimum of 1-2 years experience gained in a technology-focused company
- Those with first-class communication and presentation skills
- Intelligent individuals with a polished approach and a stable career record
- Those with start-up / scale-up experience
- Partnership managers with solid relationship building skills
- Those who understand social impact and homelessness
- A base salary circa 30-40k
