Our full-service digital agency client is headquartered close to Philadelphia. This client-centric agency is a Google Premium Partner and ranks within the top 1% of US agencies. To remain in their enviable position, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days per week in the office.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Develop, cultivate, and retain relationships with a portfolio of accounts
- Onboard new customers
- Audit, review, and present account data
- Maintain CRM and spreadsheets
- Conduct regular account calls and meetings
- Previous customer success experience
- Project management skills
- Customer facing experience
- Technical proficiency
- A willingness to learn (SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC)
- A creative flair, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- An effective approach to planning and juggling priorities
- A negotiable salary circa 40-50k
- An uncapped OTE of 50-65k
