To support customer implementation, onboarding and account retention, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Customer Success Executive.
As a Loughborough based Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers to establish and achieve goals
- Gather information on usage and potential issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Seek out opportunities to cement account renewals
- Become a trusted and strategic product expert
- Share experience, insight and lessons learned with customers and the wider internal team
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience gained in a similar customer success or account management role
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Be technically proficient
- Be confident, driven, proactive, empathetic and positive
- Have excellent communication and engagement skills
- Demonstrate strong organisational calls with the ability to multi-task
- An initial base salary of 25-27k
