Our top EdTech client, a leading e-learning language training company, utilises the very latest in technology to deliver language learning solutions around the globe. Through mobile and online platforms, they deliver digital learning solutions covering the top spoken languages. Due to global growth, this award-winning company now has an exciting opening for a Customer Success Manager to be based remotely.
As a Customer Success Manager based in the US, you will:
- Retain and grow existing accounts across the territory using excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and sharp attention to detail
- Leverage client relationships to grow accounts by securing additional products or services to achieve a target portfolio percentage increase
- Identify new champions and revenue streams by networking throughout assigned accounts and by leveraging contacts throughout the territory
- Ensure clients are maximising their use and the account is delivering against agreed goals and KPIs
- Successfully onboard new clients and build capabilities to help clients implement solutions
- Work with sales and product teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
- Drive customer references, case studies and referrals
- Identify emerging trends in the local corporate language market and build good awareness of the competitive environment
- Coach more junior members of the team as the Americas team expands
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success/ Client Relationship/ Account Management within a technology business and SaaS environment
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and targets
- English fluency
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and puts clients’ needs at the core of business
- Ability to interpret then present client data to customers
- Keen interest in identifying client problems and finding smart solutions
- Previous experience in enterprise-sized clients (SaaS model)
- Additional language skills are preferable (Spanish or Portuguese)
- Experience in the edtech industry (beneficial)
- A negotiable 55k base salary
- An uncapped 71k OTE
