Our innovative client offers a comprehensive talent assessment platform. Their scalable, data-driven platform delivers precise, fair and highly relevant insights that impact hiring, retention and employee potential. Due to their ongoing commitment to new and existing accounts, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Customer Success Manager to be based remotely.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Deliver onboarding and account management duties from the moment a client signs a contract
- Own delivery and project management tasks
- Cover all onboarding an implementation duties
- Develop and deliver appropriate customer engagement and retention strategies
- Work closely with sales, marketing and support colleagues to deliver a first-class service and long-term customer success
- Support an infrastructure/IT team with any product concerns
- Customer Success Managers who have a minimum of 2 years experience gained in a similar SaaS or software role
- Candidates with knowledge of ATS, HCM, L&D or performance management products (highly advantageous)
- Those with first class communication and presentation skills
- Project managers with system configuration experience
- Intelligent individuals with a polished approach and a stable career record
- A base salary circa 50k
