Customer Success Manager
Miami - Hybrid
60-75k base, 75-90k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a hot tech start-up company, our client is well funded, enjoying rapid ramp-up in revenues and has a well-received legaltech/fintech product. With a successful office in Europe, it's now time to build out their North American operations based in Miami. They currently have an immediate opening for a hybrid Customer Success Manager.
As a Miami based Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Become a main point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Manage customer queries and requests
- Conduct periodic customer health checks to identify renewal risks
- Strategize with customers to identify goals, promote adoption, and drive growth
- Maximize retentions
- Set up and onboard accounts
- Train internal and external users
- Be degree educated, customer-focused, and demonstrate high energy levels
- Possess 2-3 years customer success / account management experience
- Demonstrate experience gained in the legal/lawtech sector (preferred)
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset
- Be a team player, positive and goal-driven
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organisation skills
- Be adaptable, multi-tasking and able to prioritize
- An initial base salary circa 60-75k
- An uncapped OTE of 75-90k
