This fast growth start-up works with many of the world's largest online brands, delivering QA Testing. With a testing portfolio that meets every requirement and an entrepreneurial and talented workforce, they are primed for further rapid growth. They now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Customer Success Manager to be based in London.
As an experienced Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with a large portfolio of accounts
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Seek out opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services
- Deliver account onboarding at both user and executive level
- Create and deliver account plans
- Manage and maintain successful renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues
- Candidates who have 3-5+ years customer success/account management experience
- B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
- Developing, improving and implementing customer success strategy
- First class communication and presentation skills
- The ability to liaise at the highest of levels
- Sales focused
