As a leading global provider of business phone systems and complete contact centre solutions, our client continues to experience phenomenal growth. Fully embedded and managed within Salesforce, their advanced platform delivers a complete cloud PBX solution. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to customers, they now have an exciting opening for a Customer Success Manager to be based in Chicago.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 existing accounts
- Develop strong and sustainable relationships
- Develop and deliver individual account success plans
- Increase adoption through coaching and training
- Ensure satisfaction and drive retention/renewals
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand accounts and up-sell
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement
- Join an established but fast-growing team
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role (sales, account management, customer success)
- Technically minded (Cloud, SaaS, Software, Telco, VoIP etc.)
- Excellent communication; written and presentation skills
- Success driven, fast paced and highly organised
- Salesforce

- A base salary of 55k
- First-year achievable OTE of 70-75k
