They now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Senior Customer Success Manager to be based in London.
As an experienced and senior Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with a large portfolio of accounts
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Seek out opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and identify new lines of business
- Deliver account onboarding at both user and executive level
- Create and deliver regular account plans
- Manage and maintain successful renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- 5+ years customer success/account management experience
- Managed Service, SaaS or B2B technology experience (preferred)
- Developing, improving, and implementing customer success strategies
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- The ability to liaise at the highest of levels
