As a leading provider of technology solutions, our fast-growing internet/SaaS client delivers an all-in-one software platform and leading insight/directory services to a specific sector. To support client implementation, onboarding and account retention, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Customer Success Manager.
As an Exeter based Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Manage the implementation of new accounts through onboarding and account adoption activities
- Work with clients to establish and achieve goals
- Deliver end-user training to multiple levels (Senior through to Administrators)
- Ensure continued high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with sales and marketing teams to assist new business activities
- Work with product teams gathering product feedback
- Become a trusted and strategic product expert
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience gained in a similar role in SaaS, Cloud Services or IT Support
- Demonstrate strong customer success skills
- Be technically aware
- Be confident, driven, proactive, empathetic and positive
- Have excellent communication and engagement skills
- Be a team player with a strong desire to learn
- An initial base salary of 25-27k
- A 4k bonus
