As a Delivery Consultant, you will:

Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
Join a high-performing team of experienced Consultants
Work specific sectors including Actuarial, Finance, CRM and ERP
Focus on generating/managing a performing account base
Research prospects and map out target accounts
Create and deliver lead generation campaigns
Work through structured training to enhance and develop your recruitment skills
Rapidly progress your career

Delivery Consultant applications are invited from candidates with the following skills, experience, and traits:

Degree level education
1-2 years’ experience in recruitment (any sector)
Intelligence and persuasiveness
Strong communication and networking skills
High levels of drive, motivation, and a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
Maturity, commercial awareness, and business acumen
Integrity, a can-do attitude, and a polished approach
An interest in the finance/fintech sector
