Having recently been named in the ‘Recruitment Top 50’, the Certus Recruitment Group is currently experiencing considerable growth both in the UK and internationally. Our Australian office opens in July 2018 and we have plans to expand into North America in 2019.

As a result of this growth, we are now looking to appoint a Delivery Consultant within our Digital team to support our Head of Digital on a number of prestigious, big brand accounts. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for both resourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process and will also assume responsibility for the day to day management of some key accounts.

This is a key position within the business, ensuring some of our key accounts receive the service they require whilst enabling the Department Head to focus on new client acquisition and team growth.

As Delivery Consultant you will:

  • Work on an exciting portfolio of high-value sales/digital recruitment assignments
  • Receive full support to manage and close permanent assignments of varying value
  • Have access to all the required tools to fulfil your recruitment campaigns
  • Be responsible for sourcing and management of candidates through the process
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and look for ways to develop and improve our services to them

You will:

  • Have experience of candidate sourcing and candidate management
