Delivery Consultant/Client Manager

We are currently looking to appoint Delivery Consultant, to support the Australian MD as they grow the business. The Delivery Consultant will share responsibility for the delivery of services to our clients. This will include candidate generation and intervieiwing, shortlisting and managing the recruitment process through to completion. They will work across the Sales, Marketing and IT sectors on both permanent and contract positions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing business in the Melbourne market which is backed by a global organisation. The role will be varied and will require someone who is happy to ‘muck in’, supporting the business in whatever way is necessary as it grows. As one of the first employees in the Melbourne business, there is significant opportunity for progression and development.

This position is suited to either an experienced delivery consultant or recruiter looking to move away from new business generation, or a highly driven, quality focussed individual who is passinate about service quality and the maintenance of high standards. 

The role:

Delivery of recruitment services to a growing portfolio of clients
Attending client meetings with colleagues
Organisation and preparation of advertisements
Reseourcing and shortlisting of candidates
Management of the candidate journey through the recruitment process
A real opportunity to be hugely influential in the growth of the Australia business 
Identification of leads and opportunities for the Managing Director 
Relationship building and networking using social networks including Linkedin
Ensuring recruitment cycle is managed to the highest quality
Developing innovative ideas to cement client engagement
Working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver against large projects
Building your reputation as an expert in your field

What you will bring:

Likely educated to degree level

Demonstrable record of achievement
Some recruitment or delivery experience ideal but not essential
An ethical approach to business

How you will be rewarded:

Competitive basic salary to $60,000 inclusive
On Target earnings of $90,000 rising to $120,000 year two
Monthly commission and bonus
The ability to negotiate package at any time as you progress within the business
Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including trips away, lunches and other rewards
