As a result of growth, we are now looking to appoint a Delivery Consultant within our Marketing Recruitment Team to support our Head of Marketing on a number of prestigious accounts. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for both resourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process and will also assume responsibility for the day to day management of some key client accounts.
This is a key position within the business, ensuring some of our key client accounts receive the service they require, whilst enabling the Department Head and Business Development Team to focus on new client acquisition and team growth.
As Delivery Consultant you will:
Work on an exciting portfolio of high-value technology sales recruitment assignments
Receive full support to manage and close out permanent assignments of varying value
Have access to all the required tools to fulfil your recruitment campaigns
Be responsible for sourcing and the management of candidates through the process
Manage relationships with existing clients and look for ways to develop and improve our services to them
Have prior recruitment or sales experience (account management)
Demonstrate experience of candidate sourcing and candidate management (preferred)
Be passionate about service delivery and customer success
Love looking for ways to improve business relationships
Be driven and goal orientated
Be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
Possess a mature outlook and sound business acumen
